i can not take guys who have no balls....
at least be able to stand up to someone or speak your problems out loud for fucks sake
a guy at work keeps complaining and complaining everyday...which i can tolerate...let it all out...ill listen
BUT if you dont do anything about it even after giving advice then shut the fuck up!
